This Monday, we were shocked to see that President Trump endorsed RINO Jack Ciattarelli for governor in the June 10 Republican primary. Bill\u2019s response was, \u201cFight, fight, fight\u201d! He is NOT willing to let this discourage him, and we will stand beside him between now and election. We would encourage you to do the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this campaign, Bill has been under constant attack by both Jack Ciattarelli and Mario Kranjac, and by the NJ Conservative blog. These attacks have also targeted NJ Right to Life. But it seems that since these other candidates cannot articulate MORE conservative positions than Bill, they are forced to twist and contradict sometimes years\u2019 old statements to make themselves appear to be the MAGA candidates. You have likely seen these mailers, social media posts, and television commercials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here\u2019s the Truth about the issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Trump:<\/strong> Jack says Bill is anti-Trump for statements he made after the 2020 election. However, when Jack ran for governor in 2021, he said he didn\u2019t support Trump or his policies, and didn\u2019t vote for him, which even Trump has acknowledged. Somehow, he\u2019s now been forgiven and endorsed by the President.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On illegal Immigration<\/strong>: Jack says Bill would grant amnesty to those here illegally. That\u2019s a twisting of an old statement about those here legally and productively, a position that even President Trump supports. When Jack was in the Assembly, he voted for tuition and licenses for illegals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On Life:<\/strong> Bill is the only gubernatorial candidate endorsed by both NJ and US Right to Life organizations. Jack voted for Assisted Suicide, and in the last debate of 2021, said he\u2019d enshrine abortion into law if elected. Today, we have arguably the most liberal abortion laws in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n On fixing Trenton: <\/strong>As a moderate Republican, Jack cannot be trusted to shake up Trenton by himself. Bill will use the Executive Authority of the office (as Trump has) to end the power of the radical Democrats, while working to win at least one house of the Legislature in 2027. <\/p>\n\n\n\n On Education: <\/strong>Jack voted for amending birth certificates for gender changes, and has said he wants to \u201cprotect all marginalized groups\u201d. Bill has been a relentless supporter of Parental Rights,getting the gender, trans, DEI, and CRT programs out of schools, and replacing members of thewoke State School Board of education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n BOTTOM LINE: <\/strong>We need to do whatever we can to spread the word about this unfortunate endorsement, and tell Trump that the NJ MAGA movement is NOT happy about this. Neither is NJRTL, that has protected Life valiantly against unprecedented attacks during this campaign, by candidates that we\u2019ve NEVER seen in Trenton when we\u2019ve been there to speak out. Bill\u2019s faithful listeners know his views on issues he\u2019s championed for years, and he was the ONLY candidate at last week\u2019s NJ Right to Life banquet. We don\u2019t want another \u201cinsider\u201d Republican, who will merely keep the status quo in Trenton. We want an \u201coutsider\u201d, supported by grass roots and MAGA people, who will speak and act for US, not the elected elite. It\u2019s time to turn NJ red! The reason Bill\u2019s opponents have ruthlessly attacked him this year is that they\u2019re REALLY concerned he just might win!
